No smoking inside the room, any form littering of cigarette butts not allowed to throw in the balcony.

Clothing, curtains, rugs, etc. shall not be shaken or hung outside of any window ledge or balcony.

All doors must be locked during the absence of Tenant.

The use of charcoal barbecues is prohibited.

Children on the premises must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Access to the Azure Facilities & Services for 2 people is included in your room rate. For additional occupants, you will need to buy access from Azure at PHP 250 per day per person (including children or infants of any age).

Towels in the room are included but are not for use at the Beach/Pool, so please bring your own.

Room cleaning is completed prior to your arrival, any additional cleaning can be requested at a charge of PHP 700 per time, you can arrange directly.

Parking is not included, parking fee P50 pesos for the first 3 hours P10 per succeeding hour to be paid upon check out.

Please note check-in is at 1:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am. Flexibility is granted, subject to availability. However, check-in or check-outs that are required between 5:00pm to 8:00am will be charged an additional convenience fee of PHP 500.

Bring your own drinking water

For short term bookings (less than 7 nights stay) there are no additional charges for electricity usage.

For long term bookings (more than 7 nights stay) the electricity charges are not included. Charges are on a top-up process and with full use would be approximately PHP 300 per day additional.

CANCELLATION POLICY
For a full refund of the nightly rate, cancellation must be made a full 24 hours prior to listing’s local check in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check in. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by Thursday of that week before check in time.
If the guest cancels less than 24 hours before check-in, the first night is non-refundable.
If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after cancellation are fully refunded.
